THE TRAINING EDIT

GIVE THE
WORK ITS SPACE.

A useful training setup begins with a clear plan. Explore bags, focus mitts and pads around your session, your space and your training partner.

01 / PUNCHING BAGS

CHECK THE SETUP.

Before choosing a bag, review the exact dimensions, filled or unfilled status, mounting requirements and included hardware. Confirm that your proposed location is suitable and that any installation meets the manufacturer’s instructions.

02 / FOCUS MITTS

TRAIN TOGETHER.

Focus mitts belong in the conversation with your training partner or coach. Compare the stated use, size, holding design and product information. The equipment should match the drill rather than dictate it.

03 / PADS & SHIELDS

MATCH THE SESSION.

Different pads have different forms and intended applications. Read each listing carefully, including its dimensions and grip arrangement. Ask for missing information before deciding whether it belongs in your setup.

BUILD A PRACTICAL SETUP

LESS GUESSWORK.
MORE FOCUS.

For a home training space, begin with the room you have. Consider access, storage, clear space around equipment and the requirements of the item you are considering. A photograph alone cannot establish whether a bag or stand will fit your setting.

For a shared gym, think about who will use the equipment and how it will be cared for between sessions. Product-specific cleaning instructions and replacement criteria should be part of the decision, not an afterthought.

Our training categories are being prepared. Details such as dimensions, weight, construction, included accessories and availability will be confirmed at product level before ordering opens. The category photographs are illustrative concepts.

Whether your routine is built around boxing or MMA, start with a setup you understand. For technical use and drill selection, follow the guidance of a qualified coach.
