EQUIPMENT & FIT

Equipment & Fit

Where should I start if I am new to fight equipment?

Start with the discipline and the session you plan to attend. Ask the gym for its current equipment list, then separate what you must bring from what the facility supplies. That keeps the first purchase focused on an actual need.

Use the equipment finder to reach a relevant category. From there, compare intended use, measurements, size or weight options, closures and package contents. The equipment guide explains the sequence, and the training kit guide helps organize the result.

How do I choose a boxing glove size or weight?

Read the fitting instructions and intended use for the exact glove. A listed glove weight is not a complete description of the internal fit, and a size label should not be treated as universal across products. Check the options described by the manufacturer instead of choosing from an image alone.

Your coach or event organizer can clarify any weight or equipment requirement for the planned session. If you use wraps, account for the full setup when reviewing fit. See the fit and sizing guide for the details to confirm before ordering.

Are boxing gloves and MMA gloves interchangeable?

Choose according to the specific activity and the product’s stated purpose. Boxing gloves and open-finger MMA gloves have different designs; appearing in the same store does not make them substitutes for every drill. Your gym may require different equipment for bags, partner work, sparring and grappling transitions.

Confirm the class requirements and read the individual listing. If the intended use is unclear, ask before purchasing. The Boxing and MMA pages provide separate starting points.

What should I check when choosing hand wraps?

Compare the stated length, material, stretch description, closure and package contents. Confirm whether the listing supplies a pair, and read the washing and drying instructions. These details make the comparison more useful than selecting only by color.

Wrap application should be demonstrated and checked by your coach; a product image cannot verify that you have applied a wrap appropriately. The hand wraps guide explains the shopping questions without presenting a wrapping tutorial or an injury-prevention guarantee.

How should I compare headgear and shin guard sizing?

Use the manufacturer’s measurement points and size ranges for the exact item. Review the coverage, shape and closure adjustments as well as the size name. Do not assume that a size from another brand or a different product will fit the same way.

If a measurement falls between ranges or the instructions are unclear, ask for clarification before ordering. Confirm any gym or event requirements separately. The Protection collection and fit guide help organize those checks.

Can I use the equipment in a sanctioned competition?

Competition requirements must be checked directly with the organizer or governing body for the particular event. Rules can depend on the discipline, division and event, and an item used in a training photograph is not automatically approved for competition.

Any approval or certification claim must appear in the confirmed details for the exact product. This preview does not establish event eligibility or invent certifications. If you need a particular approval, resolve that requirement before purchasing.

How will I know what is included with a product?

Review the confirmed product description and included-parts list. For pads or guards, check whether the item is sold singly or as a pair. For bags and larger equipment, confirm whether filling, stands, mounts or other accessories are included or need to be obtained separately.

Campaign styling can show several items together without making them a bundle. A purchasable bundle, if offered, must state its contents explicitly. Ask about any missing detail before placing an order.

SHOPPING & PAYMENTS

Shopping & Payments

Can I place an order on the website now?

You can explore 516 demo equipment and apparel products, open the available product galleries and review the sample prices and options. The downloadable design preview also includes a device-local demo cart that calculates sample subtotals. The hosted WordPress demo products cannot be purchased; neither version reserves stock or places an order.

Online payments and real ordering are not open. Final products, approved photographs, inventory, shipping, taxes and store policies must be confirmed before checkout launches. The demo collection lets you review the shopping experience now.

Which payment methods will the live store accept?

PayPal and card payments through Stripe are planned for the live store. Neither payment option is connected in this preview. The live checkout will display the methods actually available for the order; a provider name on an informational page is not confirmation that checkout is active.

Do not send card numbers, passwords or payment credentials through a contact message. Payment details should be entered only into the secure payment flow when the live store is ready.

Will prices be displayed in U.S. dollars?

Yes. This preview shows clearly labeled demo prices in U.S. dollars on all 50 product listings, product detail pages and the cart. These prices are examples for reviewing the store and are not live offers. Shipping and tax are not included in the demo subtotal.

The store owner will be able to change prices, options, images and product availability in WooCommerce when the backend is installed. Before a real purchase, review the currency and complete checkout total shown by the live store.

What happens when an item is out of stock?

The store is configured to show unavailable listed products with an Out of Stock status and prevent their purchase. The current preview contains demo equipment and apparel concepts rather than verified live inventory. An availability label does not represent a restock estimate.

No preorder, backorder or waitlist offer is established by this preview. If those options are introduced later, their availability and terms will need to be stated clearly for the relevant product.

Will I need an account to make a purchase?

The final guest-checkout and account settings are still being configured. This preview does not collect registration details, and the Account page is not a functioning customer portal yet.

When ordering opens, the checkout will explain the available account options. Account and order-history features must be tested before they are presented as active services. You can currently browse all preview categories and guides without creating an account.

ORDERS, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders, Shipping & Returns

Where will HOODLUM ship?

Shipping destinations and fulfillment arrangements are being finalized. Designing the storefront for U.S. customers does not establish nationwide coverage, international service or delivery to every type of address.

The published shipping policy and available checkout options must confirm service for your destination before an order can be placed. This preview does not promise a carrier, delivery date, free-shipping threshold or international customs arrangement.

How will shipping charges and delivery estimates be shown?

The final rates and delivery methods have not been configured in this preview. The live order flow should make the applicable shipping charge and any available estimate clear before payment. Review the confirmed shipping policy as well as the checkout summary.

Large or heavy equipment may require specific handling information. Check the product’s packaged dimensions, included parts and delivery conditions when those details are available; do not assume every item ships like a small parcel.

Will sales tax be included in the displayed price?

The business must confirm its tax configuration before the store accepts orders. This preview does not make a tax determination or claim that every customer will see the same tax treatment.

At live checkout, review the merchandise amount, any applicable tax, shipping and the final total before paying. If an amount or description is unclear, request clarification before authorizing the purchase.

How will I track an order or request a change?

Order confirmation, tracking and customer-service workflows are not active in this preview. Their final details will be provided with the live store and its published support information.

For a future order inquiry, use the verified contact method shown on the live site and include the order number and a concise description of the request. Avoid sending payment credentials. A request to change or cancel an order is not a guarantee that fulfillment can be stopped; the applicable policy and order status will govern.

What is the return or exchange policy?

The return and exchange terms are still awaiting business approval. This preview does not establish a return window, free returns, refund timing or eligibility for used equipment. Those details must be published before orders are accepted.

Before buying, read the terms that apply to the exact item, including condition requirements, exclusions, shipping costs and the process for requesting assistance. Do not assume that an equipment item can be used for training and then exchanged for another size.

GEAR CARE

Gear Care

How should I clean my gloves or protective equipment?

Follow the instructions supplied for the exact product. Materials, linings, fasteners and construction can require different methods, so a general cleaning tip should not replace the manufacturer’s directions.

If instructions are missing, ask the manufacturer or supplier before applying a cleaner, treatment or heat. The gear care guide helps organize inspection, cleaning and storage questions without inventing a universal treatment.

How should I store equipment after training?

Follow the product’s specified cleaning, drying and storage conditions. Keep used equipment separate from clean items while you complete that routine, and avoid forcing an item into a shape that strains its structure or closures.

For larger equipment, include any installation, fastening and inspection requirements in the routine. A storage method that works for one material or product may not suit another. Keep the instructions available for future checks.

What should I do if equipment is damaged or its fit changes?

Stop using the item until the concern has been assessed using the manufacturer’s instructions or suitable product-specific advice. Note the visible issue, such as damaged stitching, a loose closure or a change in shape, and retain the product details.

Do not rely on appearance alone to judge condition or attempt a repair that the manufacturer has not approved. This preview does not establish a warranty, replacement schedule or service-life claim for an unlisted product.

How should a gym organize care for shared equipment?

Keep the instructions for each item accessible and agree who is responsible for inspection, cleaning, drying and storage. Everyone using the equipment should follow the same product-specific process and the facility’s hygiene rules.

Use a clear way to set aside an item that needs attention rather than returning it to the available equipment. The training kit guide covers organization, while the care guide provides a framework for the routine.

HOODLUM & SUPPORT

Hoodlum & Support

What does HOODLUM FIGHT GEAR stand for?

HOODLUM is the identity. FIGHT GEAR is the business. WHAT’S YOUR FIGHT? is the movement. The equipment serves boxing, mixed martial arts and fight training, while the movement recognizes the determination people bring to challenges inside and outside the ring.

Everyone has a fight. Not every fight happens in a ring. Explore The Hoodlum Story for the brand narrative and What’s Your Fight? for the wider message.

Are the images on this website photographs of actual products or customers?

The campaign and product images are AI-generated concepts created for this website preview. The athletes are fictional, and the demo equipment and apparel galleries contain the currently available generated views. The images illustrate the intended look and shopping experience; they do not confirm production specifications, certifications or stock.

The live collection will need approved product images and verified descriptions. The owner can replace each main image and gallery in WooCommerce. A group of items shown in an editorial photograph is not a purchasable bundle unless its final listing says so.

Can I share a story with What’s Your Fight?

The movement page is currently informational, and public story submissions are not open. Any future story or media publication will require permission and review. The campaign imagery is not presented as a real customer story.

Please do not send private medical records, payment information or other sensitive material through a general inquiry. The movement can recognize personal determination without asking people to disclose private details.

How can I ask a product question or contact the team?

Visit Contact Hoodlum for the current inquiry options. Contact sending is disabled in this design preview while the public support details and email delivery are being configured.

When support opens, include the product name, selected variant and the specific measurement, feature or order detail you need clarified. A focused question makes it easier to resolve uncertainty. Do not include passwords or payment credentials, and wait for clarification before purchasing an item with an unclear specification.
